My strategies and marketing constantly adapt to new information and I leverage the latest technology and most up to date market statistics to do so; gone are the days of generic and static ads waiting to be discovered. Moreover, I make a point to walk my clients through the buying or selling process, with an approach that is based on teaching an informing. This way, buyers and sellers alike are confident that they have all the information they need to make the decisions that are best for them.

Ian was born and raised in South Lake Tahoe, California. He moved to the Central Coast to attend Cal Poly, from which he graduated in 2012, and he committed himself to settle in the community he grew to love. His background in construction and real estate led him to become an agent here in 2015, where he continues to reside with his wife and 4 children!
